Your vision for Teignbridge

The Teignbridge Sustainable Community Strategy (SCS) is a long-term vision and action plan showing how local organisations and agencies will work together to improve the social, economic and environmental well being of Teignbridge.

The current SCS  Teignbridge Community Strategy 2007-2011 [10Mb]will shortly be succeeded by a new SCS covering the period 2010-2030.

The new Strategy is being developed following a period of community consultation which took place throughout the district between September-November 2009.  This identified the important actions which should be taken to benefit everyone who lives and works in Teignbridge.

The views of the local people living in the many communities of Teignbridge are essential as they inform a vision for the district and the priorities we need to address over the next 20 years.

It is anticipated that the new Community Strategy will be release for public consultation in early April 2010.
