The purpose of the Teignbridge Strategic Partnership (TSP) is to improve the economic, environmental and social well being of Teignbridge and to improve the quality of life for residents and visitors.

It does this by bringing together leading public, private and community organisations to agree common aims and objectives.

By doing this, it pools the resources and expertise of its partners to reduce duplication, and maximise the effectiveness of their actions for the benefit of the local community.

The information contained on this site will give you an insight into the work of the TSP, its partners and other key partnerships operating in Teignbridge, and how this work benefits our community. This includes:

• Writing a new Sustainable Community Strategy. This document, which has been developed from the views and feedback from local residents, sets out the vision of what you think Teignbridge should be like in 20 years, and how we will work achieve this.
• The 'Making it happen' small grants scheme for community groups and organisation.
• Driving Neighbourhood regeneration work in disadvantaged areas of Teignbridge.
• Working with the Crime & Disorder Reduction partnership to reduce fear of crime and levels of crime.
• Delivering Well Being work, focused on key local issues such as rural health, skin cancer, teenage pregnancy and healthy eating.
